The first food decoration class will start on Tuesday 30 June 2015. There will be 2 beginner classes you can choose from.
Beginner I:edible vegetable basket and garnishing technique. Beginner II:edible fruit bowl and garnishing technique.
Both classes will teach you basic to advanced carving techniques to complete the arrangement. You do not need to have any carving skills.
